Unless prompted to do so, do not press the trigger when checking any part of the machine.

Abnormal noise

  1. 1. Confirm if the noise comes from the main motor.

    •Contact us and replace the entire unit.

  2. 2. Confirm if the noise comes from the roller brush.

    •Clean the brush roller of debris.

  3. 3. Confirm if the noise comes from the floor brush.

    •Clean the debris off the scraper
